The Association Membership is a large collection of individuals, families, and businesses who make the choice to join our membership ranks and make a financial contribution. Everyone is welcome to join and the donation amount is completely flexible. The Association Membership is a critical element of UPL’s structure. The Board of Trustees are elected by the Association Members and must be members themselves. Association Membership financial contributions are an essential part the library’s annual operating budget and the donations are fully tax deductible. Membership sustains UPL!
While we hope everyone joins our Association Membership, it is not required for use of library services. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to be a “patron” of the library and make use of all our wonderful resources. Signing up for and using a library card is, and always will be, free of charge.
