The library does have 2 small rooms available for reservation to the public. The Study Room seats 6, the Local History room seats 4. These rooms may be reserved during library open hours, for a maximum of 2 hours per day, per person. Please call the library to check availability and make reservations. The Meeting Room Public Use Policy applies to all three rooms.
The library has a large meeting room also available for public use. Events must comply with the Meeting Room Public Use Policy, and sign the Melvin Room Use Agreement Form. After the form is completed and submitted to the library users may borrow a key to the room for hosting meetings after the library has closed. Library events have priority and the library reserves the right to cancel advance reservations in favor of library programming with 35 days notice. Please call the library to check availability and make reservations.
