About the speaker: Lucia Tyler has worked with over 120 families to help them make the most of the admissions process to find a good college match. Lucia also works with transfer students after co-authoring a book on college transfer with Sue Henninger. In order to maintain her status as a certified educational planner and keep up to date on changing college programs and facilities, Lucia travels to over 20 colleges per year. She has evaluated over 305 colleges in 28 states. She formerly worked at Cornell University as an instructor, lab manager and veterinary admissions counselor. She currently volunteers for the YMCA. Lucia and her husband David have lived in Trumansburg for over 30 years.  They have two grown children. She enjoys reading, swimming, and singing in the Trumansburg Community Chorus.
