“Even the library is closed!” We know, it is a sad turn of affairs. While we are upholding our responsibility to public health, here is a short overview of our current limited services:
Starting Wednesday 3/18/2020: We will have calling (on the phone!) hours Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9am-12pm and Tuesday/Thursday 12-3pm. We will be able to assist you with reference questions, help walk you through our online services including e-books, audiobooks, and online databases, and maybe even tell you a joke. Outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will call you back. Library phone number: (607) 387-5623
We are not offering curbside pickup for library materials at this time. It is being discussed as a possibility for the future however, so be sure to check back for updates.
For now, the book drops are locked. Please hold your materials at home until further notice. The due dates for currently checked out items have been suspended until May 1.
If you need urgent assistance with printing/scanning/faxing please call the library or email director@trumansburglibrary.org
Need wifi? Our public network is available; our connection reaches outside of the building, has no password, and is available to all.
Keep an eye out here for updates! Responses and procedures to the situation are evolving fast. We are doing our best to keep up while still serving our community as much in any safe way we can.
