Meeting Rooms
The Local History Room
Use this space to study, meet, or explore local history. Open for groups of 1-8 people for up to two hours per day. This room houses our local history collection, which contains rare and out-of-print books. Food is not permitted in this room but covered beverages are permitted.
Due to high volume of use, patrons should plan ahead by reserving this room for local history research. Give us a call or ask at the desk to make your reservation.
The Melvin Room
The library has a large meeting room available for public use. Events must comply with the Meeting Room Public Use Policy, and users must sign the Melvin Community Room Public Use Agreement form.
After the form is completed and submitted to the library, users may borrow a key to the room for hosting meetings after the library has closed. Library events have priority and the library reserves the right to cancel advance reservations in favor of library programming with 30 days notice.
Please call the library to check availability and make reservations.
