UPL volunteers Laura and Suzanne will host a card making workshop on Saturday, February 3 in the library. Come by anytime between 11am and 1pm to make a card using the provided materials. If you like, you can bring some of your own materials to include such a ribbon, photo, letter, or sticker. This is a free program for all ages.

Our last evening story time for 2017: Animals at Night!
We will read stories about what animals get up to after dark, have an animal track activity, snacks, and a take-home prize for each child.
Program is free (please alert the library in advance if your child has any food allergies).

Wrap up your Winterfest at the library with a special story time presentation of The Snow Queen. We’ll have cookies, hot drinks, and a fire in the fireplace- come get cozy!
This is a free event suitable for children of all ages.
The Ulysses Philomathic Library Association’s 36th Annual Candlelight Dinner
Saturday, November 4 at 6pm at the Presbyterian Chapel in Trumansburg
Featuring: a literary quiz, live music by Elizabeth Dawson, and art by Frank Leahy. We will be thanking our volunteers and voting in new trustees.
Admission by your favorite culinary concoction. BYOB if desired.

Join us as we bid farewell to readers Jean Dawson and Kris Alling, with a party following their final Thursday Story Hour on May 29 at 10:30 am.

Thursday story times will resume in September. In the meantime, you can attend story times outside at the Trumansburg Farmer’s Markets on Wednesdays at 4:00 pm, beginning May 14 and continuing through October 15.
